How does it work?

Pretty simple, really. 
   Just click on the "SELL" button on the home page. 

Then proceed to the "Select Package" step one of seven. 
   Now you decide which listing or rental package you wish to use.
      This is the hard part!  Decisions, Decisions....
If you really want your property to stand out as one of our
     Showcase Properties,
          then the Platinum Package is for YOU!

We are not real estate agents, just a FSBO site,
        so our assistance is limited to advertising your property.
                 Real Estate agents will be glad to give advice and
                       provide market information!

Once you have gone through the entry steps and your pictures are
    uploaded, you will be able to print off Color Flyers to distribute
        (Silver, Gold and Platinum packages) and you may promote
            Open Houses on the website (Gold and Platinum packages).

The Platinum Package will SHOWCASE your home on the website and
   a unique website address (sub-URL) will allow you to send people
      direct to your home listing.  You also get a FREE HTML Creator
           to transfer your listing page over to Craig's List.

You may purchase a RENTAL LISTING PACKAGE as a separate item or
   it is provided FREE with the Silver, Gold and Platinum Packages.

Your username and password will be emailed to you. 
   This allows you to return to the site any time to edit your page.
